I love to kick the season off with a little home cooking
One meal I love to cook and share each year is BIG TEXAS AL'S CHILI
As for the longest, I love making chili...The name comes from my stepdad Al who was always cooking up something and being from Texas it went. "Go BIG or stay home " he would cook as I have never seen before my mom was so different kind of cook being from Boston and she follows the color wheel for the plate and no fat lifestyle .so marry Al was so much fun seeing my mom look at how he cook LOL ..
AL passed away years ago they were married about 10 year
So when I started to make chili I name it after him ..not that he made chili but because I went BIG ..so sorry he never got to know that I name a dish after him or get to taste it But I know he would love it ..It's warm my heart every time I make it.... Sorry I Can't share the recipe or I'll have to kill you LOL
